Baked Grapefruit
Ingredients:
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 pats of butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon/sugar mixture
Directions:
- Set your toaster oven to 450 degrees. Cut and section a grapefruit. Put a pat of butter in the center of each half and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until cinnamon/sugar is melted.
Serves 2
